It's been some time since I've decided to write a blog, I guess you could say I got bored with it but something was brought to my attention about a month ago that lit a real fire under my ass. What could it be you may ask? Well a fellow advocate I've known for some time now reached out to me regarding the AFCC Ontario Chapter giving a award to Justice Debra Paulseth and my head literally spun. Well who is this Justice Debra Paulseth? Well let me tell you all about her. Justice Debra Paulseth started out as a judge at 311 Jarvis which is a youth court for young offenders in trouble with the law and in all fairness and honesty I don't have much information on her from those years but it's where she started as a judge. Greetings everyone. It's been awhile since I've blogged and I have decided to start up again mainly because I like to have more reach than my personal facebook profile and page.(family law help ontario and beyond) My page is doing well these days and I have a solid following that I am proud of creating from scratch. At first the page was more of a father's rights thing and a way for me to vent but it has grown to be inclusive of parental rights in general. I have a good following of both mom's and dad's and I'm proud of that. The main focus of the page however is more geared to family law awareness and help to navigate a very complex system. Ok folks, we have teamed up with advocates via Canada Court Watch regarding Justice Deborah Paulseth in a move to expose this Judge and finally have her removed. What we need from you here in Ontario is if you have had dealings with this judge to contact me either through this page or by email t.abate81@gmail.com and if you are in Ontario please share this post to get this information out as far as we can. If youve had dealings with this judge i kindly ask for any relevant court orders etc as we are trying to piece everything together to show the patterns of misconduct etc. The more we get this out there the more ppl we will be able to reach.
