Justice Deborah Paulseth

Greetings all.

As you all know I have a particular passion for exposing and or calling out our judiciary here in Canada that serve our family courts especially in Ontario and I will add there are actually some good ones that do their best to be fair and impartial however I have yet to see one at the courthouse at 47 sheppard in Toronto besides the Honourable Harvey Brownstone who if I am correct left family law to serve in our criminal system can't say I blame him.

Today I will talk about the disgustingly corrupt Justice Paulseth who takes great pleasure in destroying the lives of children and particularly fathers.

Some of you may even recall the disgusting incompetence by this clown in gown which resulted in the murder of a little girl Katlyn Sampson.

None of us expected her close friends at the judicial council to hold this judge to account lol when do they ever reprimand a judge? Its a open joke how the council is merely a body to sweep complaints under the rug and to dismiss them.

It was actually the late Peter Kormos a MPP with the NDP partie that filed the complaint as he was equally disgusted and appalled by the conduct and overall incompetence that resulted in this little girls death. I will add however that politics aside the governing liberal partie here in Ontario has at least made efforts although small to reform family law however the courts are rotten from top to bottom and of course the lawyers and judges are strongly opposed as it threatens their little racket. The Ontario government tried to allow paralegals into the fold to better serve low income ontarians as well to ensure access to justice and have put a strong emphasis of civility and non advasarial and high conflict litigation and I for one supported it fully however I am not surprised with the resistance from those who make a living destroying the lives of parents and children.

Hell this parasite and embarrassment to the judiciary even got promoted lol.

Ok enough of my opinions.

I can speak factually of cases I have knowledge of all fathers which is not at all surprising if you are aware of Ontarios family kangaroo court.

This Judge enjoys falling asleep when hearing cases, gender bias towards  the unlucky souls to enter her courtroom always fathers going through divorce/seperation or bias against single mothers up against the CAS, making fucking delusional orders, mocking and degrading parents, just downright vicious and vile behavior.

This judge also has a habit of fucking up cases and destroying lives so bad she will bury you in costs to deny you access to justice to shut you out from future hearings she actually does this to ppl on welfare and disability knowing they cannot pay these costs.

Does this behavior reflect the Ontario court of justice overall? I honestly believe it does however not the superior court of justice as they seem to have a much higher bar set when it comes to professionalism etc and most ppl regardless of the results will agree to that.

The Ontario court of justice is rife top to bottom with foul and corrupt lawyers, judges, court staff etc it is reminiscent of a ghetto welfare office and I dont mean the general public who relies on it or ppl who are on assistance due to their circumstances.

47 sheppard is a courthouse where the head judge sets up Christmas dinners for all the lawyers, judges and staff, I personally can confirm this as I have seen the email justice robert spence sent out to a lawyer I am personal friends with who just wanted me to see with my own eyes how they are all in fucking collusion with each other lol do you still think you'll get a impartial hearing at that place?

Anyways folks I will end this blog for now so in saying that if you have had experiences with this judge who is a disgrace to the judiciary and want to share just send me a reply with your email or a way to contact you I will. I also have paralegal experience and I can assist free of charge for basic matters such as law rules, how to fill out and file paperwork, the proper forms needed and basic advice and resources for self reps but I encourage you for complicated issues to retain a lawyer, Also my knowledge on CAS issues is basically non existent and I wouldn't feel comfortable giving advice on those matters as they are extremely complex and definitely need of professional assistance.
